The laws relating to Factory is governed by Factory’s Act, 1934. This law extends the whole of Pakistan. Some Important Definitions:

Title of the Ordinance: The (Provincial) Employees’ Social security Ordinance, 1965. Extent: It extends to the whole of Pakistan.
